Company policy:

- To make the reservation, 20% of the total must be paid in advance. In case of cancellation, the reservation will be used to exchange it in a future rental and no refunds will be made. Including cancellations due to COVID.

- For a cancellation it must be notified via email with 20 working days in advance. In this case, the total reserved must be paid even if said rehearsal room reservation is canceled, for the damages caused in the production calendar of the NAVEL ART space.
